Maxing out Claude Code, week 1: a new blog, an app stuck in review and a full Mac Mini

Week 1 of maxing out Claude Code every week. I actually managed to max out Fable half an hour before it was bound to be renewed.

How I burn the tokens

I use Fable heavily for the strategic tasks, as a lead developer and lead product manager, that kind of stuff. I make it distribute the actual work to Opus sub-agents, and I've found that this is fairly efficient in terms of tokens, or output that I can get from tokens. Very often Fable carries me through the whole week, and worst case I still have enough Opus left to keep going.

So what has happened across the various projects:

This blog

I've completely rebuilt this blog, just because I came up with the idea. I was like, okay let's just do it and let's go for it. I'm very happy with the redesign. It's super fast, and I really like this idea of me basically just talking into Claude. Claude then, in the background, writes a blog post from it and deploys it. This post is one of those. Here's the whole story.

Pepelly

I think I spent 2 whole days on App Store and Google API verification and whatnot. The verification came through just now, so this is not a blocker anymore. It took 4 days over the weekend or something, so that's actually not so bad.

I made many, many bug fixes to get it to build and deploy for iOS. I haven't looked at Android yet really.

I also spent a lot of time setting up Xcode, Android Studio and all that stuff on my Mac Mini, which actually caused me to now run out of space. The Mac Mini is my development server basically, I'll do a different article about that soon. I've ordered a 2 TB internal SSD now, so hopefully that'll be a non-issue very, very soon.

And I've built a little SEO automation to write one blog post for Pepelly every day, because I really think, for this one, SEO is a great marketing strategy.

ContentIn

ContentIn didn't get all the love that it should have gotten this week. I mainly did some bug fixes and tweaks based on some user feedback.

Over the weekend we ran into a technical issue that stopped people from being able to create accounts. That's always annoying as fuck. I assaulted it first thing Monday morning, fixed now.

The one big thing that we rolled out: we now pre-generate pictures with the planned posts. Basically the users will already have post ideas based on their content bank and their input, along with a personal AI-generated picture. All we need for this is their profile picture from LinkedIn. This is really, really cool, and I'm really liking this for my own accounts, so I hope this makes a good impression for others as well.

Keylogs

I just had the idea to maybe add an indexing tool. Not sure yet if we're going to roll out with this. I've also set up an SEO thing for this.

That's week 1. Next one in a week, if the tokens last.
